I agree. Emphasis on getting rid of scrolling in the Airport Info box. A quick fix might include placing the Comm info on top to eliminate scrolling for now. All of this is meant as constructive, not bitching

Thanks,

I agree. Was thinking just the other day that when I click (quick click on an aiport and the info bubble box with lat/long etc. comes up with the options button at the bottom that the main frequencies should be included in the bubble. (ATIS/Tower/CTAF).

VOR's on Vector charts and a way to fly radials are perhaps one of the longest outstanding basic navigation items on the wish list that seem to be deferred while many (very cool I'll admit) bells and whistles make it in :-(

Again, not complaining. The iFly continually improves but it would be great to see these basics addressed.

Cheers,
Alasdair

Hello Everyone
Taps are taps, about if you could setup a distance of your choice, 5 miles 10 miles, whatever, on your line of travel, and any time you fly by an airport within this circle along your route, the airport info box would pop-up, or flash, so all you would have to do is look at it, or just ignore it and it would disappear, fade out or whatever, after a certain time, I already suggested to make the airports waypoints boxes on a flight plan, to wake-up to a touch with all the airport infos, because those turbulences can be really bad on mountainous terrain

Ciao

Good News,

Our V9 release coming early 2015 will have a new Popup window and functions. You'll have a quick tap to see freqs, airspace, WX, and more shortcut details without having to progress to the full context menu, I think you'll like what we have in store. Hope every one has a Happy New Year!

Also, in the current software version, if you touch the Final or Waypoint instrument on the screen it will shortcut you to the Airport Info page. This was added a while back.
