Thanks for checking with us. We do have a small number iFly 720 working with the Clarity, however there is a connectivity issue with many of the two devices. Clarity uses a "peer-to-peer" connection and there are report of these connectivity issues on other devices as well. It is my understanding that Clarity may be looking at a firmware update, however this is not confirmed.
As for devices that play friendly with the iFly 720, below is a list and thier connectivity types.
iFly 720/700 Supported ADS-B Transceivers (Wi-Fi, USB, Serial):
- SkyGuardTWX Vision Pro - ADS-B Transciever 978/1090 (Wi-Fi / iFly 720).
- SkyGuardTWX Vision Pro w/ AHRS- ADS-B Transciever 978 (Wi-Fi / iFly 720).
- NavWorx ADS600B (Serial for iFly 700/720).
iFly 720 Supported ADS-B Receivers (Wi-Fi, USB, Serial):
- SkyGuardTWX ADS-B Receivers. (Wi-Fi).
- iLevil SW & AW ADS-B Receiver w/ AHRS (Wi-Fi).
- SkyRadar (Original, L Models, S Models and D Models) via Wi-Fi only or USB.
- NavWorx (ADS-600, ADS-600B via Serial).
- Stratus (Beta via Wi-Fi).
- Clarity and Clarity SV (early iFly 720's w/ serial beginning FL11 are compatible via Wi-Fi).
- FreeFlight (Ranger and Xplorer in development for Wi-Fi and Serial).
Shane,
Before I ordered my SkyRadar-L, Adventure Pilot said that they would support it (both TIS-B and FIS-B) with the iFly 700. Did you just forget to mention the SkyRadar-L or is not (now) supported?
My iFly 700 has been locked out when connecting to the SkyRadar-L. Is that something that AP has on the list to fix? Please advise.
