Mike, you don't need the new chip or a card reader. Install the AHRS device and plug in the fan. Then connect your iPad to the Stratux and using your browser, go to 192.168.10.1 and see the Stratux program. There you can update your Stratux software to the latest version. You will first need to download it from the website I posted previously in this thread.

Go here to download the latest file to your iPad while logged onto your router.

OK Johnny, I will try that...

Right now we are under a foot of snow here in Central PA, and my STRATUX is out at the airport with my plane, also under snow!

I will try to do this as you suggest and we will see what happens!

Again, my SV was working great without the new AHRS - I can only imagine the improvement when I get this to actually work as planned.
