Mike you refer to how easy it would be to get Lat/Long using the Quick view. Which one are you referring to?

========

Hi:

When I do a one finger touch on a forest fire, that calls up the Quick View box. If there's no underlying airspace or airport, the QV box will come up in the NAV tab. Lat/Long is in the title bar at the top. If there is underlying airspace/airport, then tap on NAV to get Lat/Long showing. That's the one I'm referring to.

The 740 uses a resistive touch screen which can only detect one touch point at a time - the two finger touch gesture only works on tablets & phones. To measure on an iFly Device touch the screen once to get the Quick Info, touch "Nav", "More Options", then "Measure". Now the measure tool will be on the screen - you can touch and drag the end points of the tool to your hearts content. Tap the screen again to remove the measure tool.

Walter, when I go to "NAV", "More Options", "Measure" does not appear on my 740. My options are "Search Nearby", "Add Marker", "Browse Map Legends", "Obstruction Info", "Close".
