I may have found another bug in 7.0.16 (running on a 720). When the Flight Plan page is first opened and populated, there are wonderful "Direct To" buttons for each leg. However, if a second flight plan is selected and loaded (and for all subsequent flight plans), the "Direct To" buttons are missing. They only show on the initial flight plan load. Exit the App and restart Navigation and the "Direct To" buttons reappear . . . until another FP is loaded. Seems to me like there should always be "Direct To" buttons available on each leg of a flight plan. ===Ralph

Nice catch. We only put the "Direct To" button on future waypoints, so if you've already passed a waypoint it won't have the "Direct To" button. When you first load a plan the system hasn't yet figured out which waypoint is next, so no buttons are shown. If you return to the plan a few seconds later, it should have the buttons.

Walter: Ah-haaa! I think the behavior I am seeing with the "Direct To" button in the Flight Plan is being caused by the fact I am not actually in motion - just sitting stationary at home and loading various flight plans. It probably works as designed in motion. Thanks for the explanation. But let me ask you: what if I want to turn back to a past waypoint because of deteriorating weather ahead or around me? Now there is no "Direct To" button to turn back to a previous waypoint. Why not just leave the "Direct To" button on the Flight Plan visible and active all the time? I guess it comes down to "What is 'AHEAD'"? Is it "AHEAD" as in the flight plan sequence, or actually "Ahead" in terms of the direction I am actually flying (which could actually be a course reversal and retreat). Am I overlooking something? Love this GPS - blessings! ===Ralph
