When a Flight Plan is created that has multiple waypoints that creates more then a single page listing, the scroll bar does not function. It appears to be of proper length corresponding to the actual length of the Flight Plan. Therefore, I am unable to see the accumulated miles, gallons required, etc. at the end of the plan. Even a single page listing that needs just a "tad" more to view the whole final data information does not respond to the scrolling technique. I have the iFly 700. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have had the unit about a year and feel quite comfortable and capable in its operation.

Thanks,

Phil

The scroll bar should function as expected. I would guess that perhaps your screen calibration is off, so that when you touch the screen where you think you're hitting the scroll bar, the iFly thinks you're touching off to the side or something and doesn't respond the way you expect it to. (This has happened to me...in fact, it happens quite frequently with my 720. I have gotten into the habit of recalibrating the screen every time I power it on the first time of the day.)

Try going through the screen calibration routine, and see if that solves your problem.

(One question: If you can't scroll to the bottom of a more-than-one-page flight plan...how did you ever manage to enter the flight plan in the first place? When I enter my plans sequentially from beginning to end, I need to constantly scroll to the bottom to add the next waypoint.)

Cobra,

Good question. I loaded a flight plan that I had previously saved. I'm heading to the airport now to try your suggestion. Thanks so much for your response. I'll give you a report after I try your suggestion.

Cobra,

Well, you were correct about resetting the calibration feature. I did that and everything appears to be back to normal Thanks so much and these "forums" are a good thing.
