Me too. I always have a pen in my pocket and just use it flipped around with the retractable button on the end. This is extra nice in turbulence.

I have a pen that I got at a conference. It was an advertising handout, so should be readily available. When I can figure out how to add JPGs, I will. An iFly version might be welcomed. It has four settings by rotating the pocket clip. One is a nylon stylus that seems to have been made just for the iFly. The other three are retracted, blue pen, and red pen.

Here are some other ideas from a web serach: http://www.truetip.com/. I was trying to find a url that showed my pen. Here is photo with stylus tip.

I usuually leave mine here and use another pen for actual writing. The tops look and feel different for easy in flight identification.

My solution was to strip a cheap Bic pen (the non click white and blue type) down push a part of a Q-tip stick (rolled paper type not plastic) back into the head of the pen and using fine sand paper round the material down. You may need to use a wrap of tape to assure a firm press fit. Then wrap a piece of velcro to the middle of the pen and affix a square of the mate to the bottom edge of the iFly. Works just fine when I need to reach for it and the screen is not damaged at all. Got about 1 year inbto this solution and seems to be OK!

I have a similar pen to Mark's, but it's just a plain ol' pen with no nylon stylus option. I simply retract the ballpoint and use the "empty" pen tip as a stylus.

Bic pens work great, too; either the rounded end of the barrel, or the pointed tip of the pen cap work well. No mods or manual labor required!

It's really not that hard to find a suitable stylus. As others have mentioned, a fingernail works quire well, also.
