I tried it again, the geo refrence on airport diagarm doesn't work. Can you please help? The Geo on the approach works great though.

What airport(s) are you looking at?

Won't this work for EWK?

Well, when I was at EWK I had a diagram on the iFly it just wasn't georef'd. I too think the FAA has a diagram because I see it in the iFly AND in the FAA database. However, to be fair I have to check and make sure I do in fact have the latest KS info in the unit. I jumped on 6.0.8 the instant it was released and per Walter's instructions probably need to re-download the airport databases to give it a fair shake.

This iFly seems to breed the same camaraderie as some of the other great movements like Mozilla/Firefox (i.e. iFly) vs. Microsoft (i.e. Garmin). And you have to love the open collaboration between Adventure Pilot and it's customers. That's very refreshing compared to Garmin's philosophy of being in an ivory tower throwing out products their customers shall be dictated to like, "or else".

Alas, I have digressed.

This is the diagram from the Facilities Directory, not the certified FAA Diagram Database. FAA Diagrams are surveyed and show the alphanumerics of the parrallel taxiways, cutoffs and etc. They are surveyed to scale and are not just for reference like what you are seeing for many of the facilities directory. There I don't show EWK to have a scale Airport Diagram in the database. They don't have a defined criteria, but most of the "Controlled" and "Charter Traffic Heavy" airports have them.

KMOS is the same story, there is not scaled FAA diagram for this airport. I hope this helps.
