What allowable operating range of voltage and current are required to run the iFly 700?

It's certified between 12 to 28 volts.

I've had it working at 9 volts, starts to get flaky below that (screen flicker, lose GPS lock). I've also tested up to 32 volts without any problems, but I don't recommend this for obvious reasons.

Okay, .6 Amps at 12 volts.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I thought the unit could only operate on 12 volt. If I am in a 28 volt a/c can I plug into a lighter plug??

Yes, the iFly will accept 12-28 volts. We've actually tested down to 9V and up to 32V without issue.

Thanks,
