For a couple of days now I have been unable to update via iFly Connect updater. It takes a much longer time that usual to pop-up the SD Card found dialog. Then when i choose to update it sits a very long time checking subscriptions then finally comes back looking for a serial number. After I fill in the serial number it pops up a message saying the serial number looks invalid must be an 8-10 digit starting with FL etc. Well, the number I am keying is the number on the box of the unit and also shows up in 'My Account' on the website and it is indeed 10 digits starting with FL. Subscription is good until sometime in November.
Any ideas?
