lost gps lock and can't regain it

Hadn't flown for 2 weeks and 720 iFly wouldn't lock on to GPS. Tried hot start, warm start, cold start and finally factory reset. Didn't work for the flight. Came home and rebooted it and left it for hours with a 180 degree view of sky out a floor-to-ceiling picture window. Still no lock. Went through the different GPS restart options again, all with no joy. Date is something in 1999 after the factory reset.

Any ideas? I have a long, across the country flight coming up for a wedding and would sure like a usable device. It is up-to-date in software and flight data.

Doug,
