power supply plug different (?) on 120v brick cord

No problems with the power cord using the 12v plug (cigar socket) in the plane, or with the 12v hard-wire I purchased from iFly that is installed on the airplane's panel power supply. However, the at-home adapter (120v) no longer powers up the unit. This happened about a week ago. Its tiny plug that goes into the unit seems to be just a little different (?) (not quite as sturdy) as the other two. Or possibly, the little brick transformer is dead. Shucks. I have had the iFly for about 8 months. Is this covered by the warranty? My next step? Nelson, yes this is covered. Give support a call (per Cobra's suggestion) and we'll get a new one in the mail.

Excellent customer support! Adventure Pilot returned my call. Apparently, not too many of these fail but a few have .... so they sent me a new one and it arrived in 3 days. Worked beautifully. Life is good.

Still dithering on how to best display ADS-B weather(!),
