Still get occasional whiteout lower 1/4th screen

Picture attached is shot off 720, but have seen this in ioad mini. Usually, IIRR when zoomed in.. And can perhaps usually make whiteout go away by either scrolling up and down(?) or by zooming out.

but us annoying and in rare scenario could be critical.
