Make sure you are logged in first, then click your "Name" at the top right corner of the webpage. This will take you to your Account Profile. There is a Manage Profile option on that page.
If you are looking to manage your Forum profile, setting or avatar, it's a bit different. Make sure you are logged in. Then go to the Forums and click the "Gear" at the top of the forum window, that is the My Settings link. The next page will have a Profile option where you can change your forum settings, profile, etc. I hope this helps.
