I listen to music on long cross-country flghts while in cruise, but find it too distracting in local pattern work around airports. Here's how I do it. 1). Get a 16 GB SD card and copy all the files form your original card to the new one. Then copy all your MP3's to a folder (on the 16 GB card) named "MUSIC." 2). Get a standard earpiece cable from Radio Shack. Connect the "Earphone" jack on the iFly to the entertainment jack on your audio panel. My PS2000 audio panel automatically mutes the music when there is radio traffic, so I don't miss anything important. 3). Assuming you have your initial boot go to the system page and NOT launch the Navigation app automatically, then after you boot the iFly, select the Music Player icon. Initially you will have to select the mp3 music files and add them to the player (see on-line manual). Then select an mp3 to play. At the top of the Music player, to the left of center, there is an icon you touch to launch the Navigation app. The Music player now plays your tunes in the background. Like the iFly splash screen says: "It's simple." Enjoy, ====Ralph
