Dogbreth,

Will the Stratus 2 work with our beloved iFly? I really, really do not want to give up my iFly for any other GPS/EFB. I have grown to rely on the iFly and work it so well that I am not interested in the learning curve of another system.

If you get a refund let me know I am really very upset with Sagetech and the BS they are putting us through.

For clarity (no pun intended): we are working on the problem where the iFly/Clarity connection seems to randomly drop - and the only way to reconnect is by going through the iFly's WiFi setup screen. The reported Clarity overheating issues I obviously cannot help with. And it's hard to know if they are related or not.

Paul,

The Ifly see's the Stratus 2 wifi signal but I haven't figure out yet how to get it to read. It provides a msg saying the host software (foreflight etc) must flip a switch... if Walter or anybody else can figure out how to flip that switch it would be a great service to the Ifly owners....so far theStratus is bulletproof.... they did their homework... I'm not an Ipad person or I would switch in a heartbeat

DB: From what I have been able to deduce from their ads, the control interface for the Stratus 2 is in ForeFlight. Here is what it looks like. ===Ralph

correct, my friend has foreflight with the Stratus 2, however, she can see the ads-b working and ahrs but I can't see it on Ifly
