Making a copy of my SD card

I was trying to make a back-up copy of my SD card today on my Mac and got this error:

"The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “GA.dat” can’t be read or written."

Can anyone help me complete this operation? My goal is to have a back-up SD card.

Hi everyone,

I got this all sorted out by using a Windows machine. My OS X Mac will not let you skip through unwriteable files. I was able to do that on Windows 7. Bottom line is that I have a back-up SD card now and a bit more experience under my belt.
