is there a way to have the AI (AHRS from clarity) take up the full screen size--when I can get it to connect? I tried adjusting it but it appears there are only 3 sizes to choose from?

also, any word on the update that will fix the wifi connection problem with clarity (clarity says its an ifly problem-although I am not convinced)? I am sitting at home at my desk watching the AHRS device NOT connecting to the Ifly. The AHRS light is lighted on the clarity. When I go to MENU => CONNECTED DEVICES => WIFI CLARITY is the only button highlighted. I have to reboot the ifly before it will re-connect....after awhile, the AHRS disconnects and I have to go thru the reboot procedure...this is something I don't want to do repeatedly while flying (especially ifr)

my start-up procedure is energize the clarity for at least a minute until all the lights stabilize, then energize the Ifly

DB: I have read in past posts about WiFi connectivity problems, that one solution is to go to the WiFi setup on the iFly after the unit boots, and if any other networks show up with the words "Pre" displayed, then select that network and DISCONNECT it. This deletes it from the stack. Do this for all "Pre"viously used networks. Then connect to your Clarity. That is supposed to keep the unit from hunting for other previously used networks causing dropouts. I hope this helps until Walter gets the firmware change that will fix the WiFi connection issues. ===Ralph

22,

tks for your suggestion.... however, I've done that (by virtue of reading all of Shane's past suggestions)....each time I spend a couple of hours screwing around with it trying to get it to work, I get angrier. My lady friend (also a pilot) is an Ipad person (I'm not an Ipad person) using foreflight. She received her Stratus 2 last week. The installation and performance was absolutely plug n play.... she laughs at all of my frustration...as she so succintly points out, for what I paid for the Clarity, I could have bought the Ipad mini, foreflight and Stratus and had a totally functional system. I thought I was buying the top of the line for Clarity. If you go to the Sagetech site, more reviews are coming in about the problems. Now Sagetech says they are coming out with a solar powered cooling fan to mount next to the Clarity to cool it down (preventing over heating).... talk about a bootstrap solution (sic)... I just want my money back!

excuse my vent.....

I have a 720 with the original skyradar... I have never had any connectivity problems, it was just plug and play. I have had it well over a year
