To whom do I send a letter when their ADSB weather signal disappers for over an hour - or more?   

Although I suppose your question was rhetorical, two avenues I might suggest:

File a NASA report.  Had you not been texting, you could have flown right into the weather, so it's very much safety related.

If you still have the letter from the FAA over your egregious offence, there's probably one or two contact numbers there.  You could drop them a line.

Actually, I've not ever experienced what you describe.  In ~6 years of using it, I've never seen a situation where there was weather near me that wasn't depicted by ADSB.

Flew a long flight this past weekend and again experienced "Banding" (my term) in the NEXRAD display. Exactly as depicted in the very first post of this thread .... almost TWO YEARS AGO!!!!

I've already ditched the Dual XGPS190, the problem happened this time with Levil Astro Link.

When are we going to get a fix for this????
