I apologize for the delay!  I just now looked at the log, and found the issue. The log line of most interest is this one:

Warning] [6:13.874]DownloadFile() - failed with exception: Airports.DB, Invalid handle to path "/storage/3034-3736/Android/data/iFly.GPS/files/iFly/Data/data/Airports.DB"

This indicates that there is most likely corruption on your SD Card, most often caused by a faulty SD Card.   Uninstalling and reinstalling iFly is the first thing you can try.  If the problem occurs again soon, then this further implicates that you likely have a faulty SD Card.    The fix for this is to get another one (name brand, 32GB recommended), and reinstall iFly with the new card.

It's possible it was a one-time-fluke, and reinstalling will fix it.   It's probably 50/50.

Custom Waypoints are stored in text format inside the "CustomLocations.txt" file.

BTW, you might still be dealing with a failing SD Card.   By renaming those Airports.DB files, you *kept* them on the disk (in the *bad* storage location, so that it can't be re-used; and so now the corrupted memory location is consumed by a file that we'll ignore - short term, problem solved!).   This is a valid way to make things work.  But is also, often, the first sign of an SD Card that is starting to fail.  If corruption happens again soon, then it's probably a sign that you should get a new quality SD Card to replace the one you've got.

Sorry for my delay.  As it turns out, we store the CustomLocations.txt file on private app file space, so unless you have hacking tools, it won't be available for you to see.  In version 10, we are making these sharable among your devices, and on the Windows release, you'll be able to see all files, because all folders are accessible to you.
