My Alcatel tablet Android 7.1.1 has worked fine with ifly but the app stopped, did the update via play store and apk  but it will not install. Call ur support, but can't get it to install?

You mentioned you tried to update with no success.  Did you try a complete uninstall/reinstall?

I have two tablets running Android 7.0 that are able to run the latest version (11.0.x).

Ditto on this advice. Uninstalling first, is the #1 fix for this issue when it happens.   Sometimes the device gets stuck in a bad state when trying to do an upgrade, where it only half-uninstalls the previous version, leaving you with nothing - until you do "Android Settings -> Apps -> iFly GPS -> Uninstall" first before installing it again.

I ran into the same issue the other day and did this immediately.  Worked right away as expected.
