Where is the inset?

I went to fly the Bravo transition over PHX today. On the TAC is the notation "See insert for details". Where is the inset. It's not obvious where to find that.

Hey Ian - if you look on the left hand side you're going to see 3 rectangles with an arrow. Click that softkey to see any kind of keys, insets, or attachments. Just like if you were going to look at a plate on the right hand side!
