We actually just released 7.5.19 yesterday to production. This version fixes the bug that shows both rotation options. Now, if you have the newer OS, you will see both options, however if you have an older OS, you will only see the one rotate option.

If you need the option to rotate Portrait Mode to the Left, please contact our support and we can steer you to an OS Update page. Thanks for your understanding on this.
