Nope, those have never been drawn. The airports we've always drawn in Vector mode look pretty much the same as an airport on a sectional (and those private airports also don't have runways drawn). But this is on my todo list. We have much better runway data now for private airports than we did in the past, so we should be able to start drawing those runways in a future release.
