Stratus 2

Will the Stratus 2 ever supply an ADS-B signal to the 740? Apologies if this has been asked before, I did search and came up empty handed. Considering its purchase to supply my iPad but I prefer my 740. Thank you

Possibly, but I wouldn't count on it. But, unlike Stratus and ForeFlight, the iFly GPS app works with lots of ADSB providers. There are lots of options that would work fine with your 740 and your iPad. Here is a list.

I'll be more specific. I desire a product that will feed ADS-B to my 740 and FOREFLIGHT. Both are worthy products that I utilize. Until I install a permanent solution I need a temporary solution. Any input is greatly appreciated. I've been a loyal supporter from your beginning. Thank you,

Stratus and Foreflight have decided that no one should be able to use the Stratus device with anything but foreflight. They win (temporarily at least) and customers lose.

The Seattle Avionics Fly Q EFB works fine with Stratus 2......
