I just installed 6.0.8 (debug) successfully, but did receive the following error message "unable to deploy toolhelp.dll"
Also, I had to install the airport/navaid database update separately first, then was able to install the sofrtware upgrade.
Many folks may get that message, it can be ignored - this is not a problem. This has been corrected in the version 6 update, so next time you do a software update you won't see this message.

Downloading version 6 and many database updates. This was a timely release as I leave Thursday morning for a 3-day 3,600 mile round trip in the Comanche. It will run along side Avilution Aviation Maps (for weather) on my HTC Thunderbolt Android phone and Foreflight on an iPad 2 (my brother in law and I will be geeking out the whole trip). I'm beginning to dream of adding ADS-B to the iFly (still my favorite of the software lot listed above).
Walter:
I downloaded version 6. It is great! I love the geo-referenced approach plates. Last night I shot six approaches and several holding patterns...it was fantastic! The transition from enroute along an airway to the approach mode was smooth and accurate. I don't think there is another product that can compete with the ifly700. The unit has everything, maybe it is time to discontinue the "wish list." Your product just keeps getting better. In my 46 years as a pilot I cannot recall an aviation company as customer oriented as your's. Keep up the great work, in time your competition will wither away.

Discontinue the wishlist!!!? We're just getting started, I have big plans! V7 is well under way, got some more really awesome features being worked.
Thanks! Walter
