Not yet, the Press Release has been sent out so we looking at this week. Likely tomorrow, if not Friday. Keep watching the site if you want to grab it first. We will be sending out a Version 6 Notice shortly after it hits the update site. You should be fine for your cross country baring any major issues. Have a great evening.

Walter:

How is development and release of geo-referencing approach platse progressing? I'm wondering if the delays are a result or technical difficulties or corporate problems. You have a truly great product that I use several times a week in my RV-4 airplane. I have no doubt that anyone who has ever used the Ifly700 shares my enthusiasm and is 100% behind you and your product.

I just downloaded and installed the new software version 6.0.8b. It's working great. Just make sure to install the latest Airport & Navaid database 8/22/2011. The new version 6 will not run until this has been done. Thanks Walter for all the new stuff, WOW !!!!

I just installed ver 6, too, and am impressed at the improvements in the menus. I'm very excited to fly it soon in some IFR training. I did notice one transient error message as the update installed: it was something about not locating a .dll file, but the message cleared itself, and the update did finish. Did anyone else notice that? Nice job, guys! Next step: pick the best ADS-B receiver to use with it. Feedback?
