Airways

Release 9.8 claimed "Flight Plan menu now includes easy loading of IFR Procedures and Airways". I can easily load the procedures, but for the life of me I cannot find out how to load the airways. I Googled, looked in this forum etc.

So sorry if it is obvious, but how do I load an airway? With Garmin when you load a waypoint which is on an airway into the flight plan it pops up the option of loading an airway which passes through that waypoint, and then asks for your exit point. But I could not see how to do this in iFly.

I am trying to do this on my Android tablet running 10.0.35

Hmm... I thought that used to work. I'll need to search the forum to see how we did it. In the meantime, I bet Jeff can tell us.

Update: I searched the beta threads. The way it's supposed to work is that you enter a FP with Victor airways on one line.

Eg. LUK V128 OSH.

It used to work. It's not working for me on either Android tablet with latest beta.

I have an IFR subscription. Maybe a Data base problem?

Am trying a force DB refresh now. No joy.

Jeff will tell us.

Jeff says it's not working for him either. Given that another guy in the iOS discussion can't get it to work, I'm thinking this is an iFly Data Base problem.

Me either, Ifly isn't recognizing victor airways ("no match found") during FP entry or trying to load saved plans with VA's.

I am having the same problem on all three of my devices. I have tried deleting the app and reloading it with no success. I have tried High and Low airways without luck.
