Unfortunately, you'll have to send your 720 to AP to have a new screen installed. It is a nominal charge, but not economically feasible in my opinion. Better yet, contact Shane and trade in your 720 for a 740. You wont be disappointed! In addition, the calibration issues that were evident on the 720 go away on the 740, as a different screen was used in the design.

with all that has happened I finally ended up sending the unit back for a screen replacement.

Is it under warranty? If not, why not upgrade to a 740?
