I have the I FLY-720 and when I try to calibrate my screen by putting my finger on the X as it goes around the screen it never stops. I did the sequence at least 35 times before finally shutting it down and giving up. I'm having a problem with one of my push buttons and what happens is when I push one of the buttons it activates the one above it if I have it in a certain area, something seems to be off a little bit Do I need to send it back to the factory for a diagnosis? other than that everything else works great. Thanks George

Plug it into the wall, let it boot up, place it screen-side down on a table, and go to bed. Wake up the next morning and recalibrate. Sounds crazy, but that's what was suggested to me in a thread several years ago and it worked.

In addition, use a stylus instead of your finger during the calibration. It's needed for accuracy.

I've already done that once with no luck, but I'll try it again. FWIW there is nothing wrong with the touch screen in that area because I can get another press button to work in that area. But I will try again, Thanks George............... What would be great if there was a way, a small utility program, that you could plug the 720 up to the computer and connect with the website and run a diagnostic trouble shoot check on the basic programing, just a thought.

The fix did not work, still will not calibrate. What do I need to do next?
