Looks specific to your Android browser. I've tried it on a couple Androids here, Samsung, Nexus and generic and it's seems to work fine. I was able to replicate it on the generic tab, but it is older and runs 4.0.4 OS with the stock non-updated stock browser. Seems to access the Forums fine with our Note 8, Nexus 10 and iPads with stock and third-party browsers. You could try another browser on your tablet to avoid needing the bookmark, Chrome or Firefox work fine if you are not using one of those.
