My Androids have the same problem. Here's my solution: instead of "tapping" on SUPPORT, try holding your finger on it for a second or two until a new window opens up with options such as "Open in new tab", etc. Now tap somewhere on the iFly webpage (NOT on the window that just popped up). The new window will disappear and the SUPPORT menu will be open and available to tap the option of your choice. Only took about a year for me to figure this out totally by accident.
