UTC vs Local Time

I wish there was an option under Setup, Units of Measure... to choose between UTC 24Hr vs Local AM/PM as the Time of Day for everything.

I agree that we should be able select either Local or UTC time. Most of our weather info is shown as UTC but much other info such as airport information is in Local time.
