GPS position to ifly on an ipad from x-plane10

Several of ifly's competitor EFBs will run on my ipad using GPS position from x-plane 10 running on an imac.

I can't find any way to link the ipad ifly app and my x-plane simulator in this way. Can it be done and if so how? If not could this be added to the wish list?

Download x-plane to GPS from the play store. I have been using it for quite a while with my droid, don't know if it will work on the Ipad, but give it a try.

Thanks for the response. Could you elaborate a little, by "the play store" do you mean the apple App Store or a 3rd party site?

I found several sites offering moving maps (X-Mapper) for example, their lite version does a good job and is totally free! But nothing which would link x-plane running on a mac with iFly. Perhaps the problem is with x-plane which provides the function to link with Foreflight, Flyq and others but not iFly. Bummer!
