Still looking, I do know that there could be some places that might have some kind of change in procedures or we might not carry data for that field, but those are exceedingly rare.

For what it's worth, in my example with T41, the approaches and departures used to work fine. I have been using them routinely for years. That's why when this SID/STAR "wish list" post appeared, I was ready to respond with "iFly already does what you want--look!" and then was shocked to see that it had stopped working for my airport. (Haven't been flying recently or I'm sure I would have noticed it sooner.)
