I would love to draw on my tablet with a marker, but the wife frowns on me doing that.
Primary times I need this:
- Receiving taxi instructions at kmdw (omg). I draw the path out and hand it to the copilot. I look out the window, she makes sure I follow the line.
- Flyins with arrival procedures
- Noting ATC frequency during flight following. On the way back I know what to expect and when to expect it!
