Is there a terrain view mode for Andriod? AnywhereMap Freedom has this but you guys could do it so much better. Highway in the sky would only be a short leap after that. There a couple public databases with this info but I prefer the SRTM data myself.

Is there currently ...or pending...terrain view (synthetic vision) on the dedicated iFly or the iPad?
(The question only asked about Android.)

My area might not be typical, but your present terrain view turns out to be almost useless to me. First, I'm in South Florida. We don't have mountains or rising terrain, so I have no need to plan my assent. (The present display is good for that) However, we do have TV towers! There are three TV towers in our area that unfortunately are taller than the ceiling of our class C airspace, so overflying them isn't normally an option. Worse, they are in the path of our normal ingress-egress and can be hard to see in hazy (albeit VFR) conditions. I was really hoping that IFly Terrain View would increase my comfort level by pointing out these towers. With the present display, those towers don't show unless I wish to point the airplane's nose directly at one of them. (I don't care to.) Since there are three of the buggers within a few miles of each other, showing me just one of them doesn't tell me how to avoid the other two should I blunder into that area. (Yes, I know that those towers are marked on the sectional moving map display, but we are discussing the terrain view) How to fix it? Perhaps an option for a simple wedge-shaped radar-style display?

Just a question; wouldn't the towers show up on the sectional view? I live in the Mississippi delta where the land is flat also but I see towers on the sectional view all the time.
