Not much more to say.

Would be great to be able to take a flight plan that I'd created on AOPA FlyQweb or AOPA Pocket FlyQ and SOMEhow get it into my iFly without having to manually enter it point by point, altitude leg by altitude leg.

Alex,

I agree. We used to be able to support AOPA's Flight Planner. They moved to the FlyQ and dropped many of the tools like exporting to a GPX file, which could be imported into the iFly and many other devices. They've received many complaints about the new FlyQ Web Flight Planner and I suspect maybe they will add some of those features back in the near future. I hope this helps.

Have you tried iFlightPlanner on the Mac or PC. Works pretty good and allows for exporting a GPX file to a USB stick drive. Then you just put the USB stick in the iFly touch Flight Plan and Load. That flight will be in the list. I hope this helps.

Shane, I would still really like to be able to import a flight plan from the iPad iFly to the 720 via wifi. Will this ever be possible? With the iPad at home and the iFly kept in the plane, this would be most convenient.
Thanks, Gtreg

Greg,

Yes, this is something we are working on for later. However it is not really going to be compatible with the AOPA FlyQ Flight Planner, unless they would integrate with us. Stay tuned.
