The purple line on the HSI is not easily seen in brighter conditions. I would offer a suggestion of yellow or lighter orange to make it more readable and indentifiable from the red aircraft depiction and white markings.
Noted, we chose the Magenta to coincide with the route line on the map and eliminate any confusion. Thanks for the feedback.
In the instrument panel view is it quite vivid. In the smaller version of the custom instrument panel, not so much due to line width. IMHO.
I'll mention that maybe a wider Magenta Line in the Small Instruments might help. You can make that instruments larger, the image and line is scaled down with the smaller options, that is why the line is thinner. Nice point.
