BUG IN CUSTOM LOCATION COORD ENTER FIELD

Hello, I have a new 720 with latest updates. LOVE IT!!!! In Custom locations when I try to enter longitude degrees in the ddd-mm-ss.sss format the longitude degree field will only accept manual entry of two digits.(even though default fill of field contains three digits.) Both the dd.dddd and the dd-mm.mmmmm work fine????
