My ifly700 is locked up in the warning screen and it won't let me push the "I have read and understand these warnings" button.

Thank you, I know you're trying to help, but if I could get the button to push I wouldn't have to post this. It does go automatically to the navigation but I can't stop it from going there because it won't let me push any button on the screen. I tried an update from my jump drive and it recognized it but I couldn't push the button to even say "yes" to accept it. I got an idea to use the remote and I can select the warnings button and it goes to the map but when i go to the calibrations page it just goes to the brightness screen and I cannot move to the calibration part with remote and touching screen still does nothing. I tried updating and the blue bar goes half way across and stops. Half hour later no change. Deleted package and tried again. It goes a third of the way across and freezes. What is wrong with this thing?

I called 2 weeks ago and spoke to Ed. He was going to send me 2 chips to get my GPS going again. How long does it usually take? It sounded to me like you have a known problem with these chips? Can I expect this problem again even after the chips come? I was hoping they were here last week so I could use it to go to Florida on a trip, but didn't get to. He also said that if the chips don't fix the problem that you guys would take it back and give me a new one. Just an FYI for your other subscribers in case they have a similar problem.
