cannot load updates

it will not upload updates I got it to load version 5.15 but that is it and it had an error message missing toolhelp.dll

error message IO excption contact adventure pilot happens sometimes

Also cannot load updates: Get same error ( IO Exception) but am not being told any file is missing. Have software version 4.07 loaded now. After getting error I tried just updating software (Version 5.15) without any other information. Get same IO Exception error.
