If I dug deep enough I know I could find the instructions somewhere, but could someone remind me what we do to get the screen back to the point where it will recalibrate? If I recall we lay it face down for a period of time but I don't recall how long or if it is with or without power. I've done it before but I don't recall exactly what I did. I'd like to try that again before I get the screen replaced.

Thanks for the info, Ed. My 720 has not successfully calibrated in months; the above instructions fixed mine. I hope Tom has the same success.
