I recently purchased the iLevil SW for ads-b and traffic. I also have the software package to run Ifly on my Samsung tablet (which I like to take on commercial flights to monitor the progress of the flight). Does the ifly android software use the gps information from the internal Samsung gps or does the software tap into the gps signal from the iLevil?

I haven't tried the iLevil with my Ifly 720 (airplane is down for maintenance) but the same question will apply. Will the 720 use its own gps or will it gets its gps information from the iLevil.

Ed,

Thanks for your response...If I understand you correctly, the 720 has the capability to toggle to either its own gps or the iLevil gps. When using iLevil with the 720, which do you recommend? tks

Ed,

Tks again....that is the great way to develop the software....let the device look at the signal and choose the best
