Clock seems to be working fine now, but I noticed that transition to Daylight Savings Time has to be manually set. Is this correct?

Yes, that's correct at this time. Daylight Savings Time and Time Zones are manual entry. We have Auto features for this on our wishlist. This is in the device firmware, not the iFly software. Glad it's working for you now.
