I often look for similar problems that I have experienced and then add a response about my problem.
See: http://ifly.adventurepilot.com/SUPPORT/Forum/tabid/108/forumid/6/postid/9381/scope/posts/Default.aspx#9381

However, I can't tell if the Adventure Pilot staff has seen my post if they don't acknowledge. What's the recommended way to post problems or perceived bugs? Post a new thread or add to an existing thread? Should I post to the Owners Q&A or to the Beta forum?

I'm not part of the iFly company, but by now I'm sure you're beginning to wonder if ANYONE can see what you post.

I would think that if you had a problem exactly like someone else, you would add to that particular discussion explaining any similarities, or differences in how your unit is, or is not behaving.

If you have a new and different problem, suggestion, or item for the wish list, I'd think you should start a new discussion.

Of course I'd defer to those in charge of this forum.

...and if you really want to make sure you're communicating directly with the AP guys, give 'em a call on the phone during regular business hours.

S Morgan,

This is a weather bug, we are working to correct this. Try doing an Update with iFly Connect and only selecting the Weather and TFR. I'm sorry for the delay in getting a response on your thread. You are posting correctly, though I'd recommend posting in the Beta Forum.

Also, keep in mind the Forum is not the preferred "Official" support communication method. Feel free to call us to report a Critical Bug or email support@adventurepilot.com, as this will ensure the fastest response.

Thanks for all your testing a feedback. Again, I'm sorry for the delay on this one. I think you'll agree we are generally very prompt on the forums.
