iFly 700 Version 7 won't work

I just tried updating my iFly 700 to version 7 with the newest software and geographic information. When I turn it on and go to navigation it starts to load then goes blank. If I touch the screen an error message pops up that says An unexpected error has occurred in esectional.exe.

The first time I loaded the software I didn't notice the geographical necessity. So I tried just loading the geographic data and that failed. I then created a package with version 7 and the geographic data together but loading that didn't correct the problem either.

Any idea how to fix it?

Certainly not my area of expertise but did you also download the aviation data base as well? I found this statement

you must select the Aviation Databases and Geographic Databases options.

I know that in the beta testing period it was continually emphasized that downloading all were necessary. I am sure one of the AP staff will give you directions shortly. They are GREAT with customer service.

Ugh. That did it. I read that thing 5 times and still didn't notice the aviation database part. It now appears to be working. Thanks!
