I no longer see either the Support/Beta Forum or the Updates/Beta Download sections. Has the Beta program been discontinued?

The beta forum is still there. Make sure you're logged in, or else it won't show up, since it's not a public forum.

You may also check to see if you are using IE to log on. If so, you might need to clear your cookies. Sometimes IE will look like you are logged in, but in actuality, your not. This would keep Beta forums from showing up.

I just looked into your account and notice you just added 2 years, 1 year is being refunded. It looks like the beta role was removed at that time. I adjusted your account and reinstated the beta rights. Sorry for any confusion.

I still couldn't see any Beta download or Forum posts after your reset. I just got off the phone with Ed and he performed some Administrator Black Magic (ABM) - all is now well! Thanks for the support and a terrific product.

Yes, I spoke with Ed, your account had a expiry date on the Beta role, which is uncommon. I guess when I added it, either it inserted a date or used a date from an expired role, we'll have to look into that. Either way you are good to go now. Thanks for your patience. Happy Testing.
