Well I know my unit has problems with either the AC or the lighter plug. It restarts sitting on my lap at home, in the plane with the wired in plug or in the car with the lighter plug if I move things wrong. I'll give a call to the shop this week.....
Saw a new notice on startup recently......."navigation program not started". I had to unplug and start over.
