I've had several 'lock ups' on my last few flights (iFly 700 with 6.5.10, and a SkyRadar).

In a couple of cases I've just noticed that things have stopped moving. In another couple of cases I've pushed a button (e.g. Find Airports) and the red button gets darker and simply stays that way. Either way further tapping buttons or dragging the screen does nothing.

Anyone else having any such issues? Anyone have any ideas?

I had a very bad situation with the 700 yesterday leaving Phoenix SkyHarbor Airport. The 700 locked up on me when I needed it the most in the Class B area. I pulled the power plug, but it takes the 700 over 3 minutes to go through all its gyrations. Then it locked up again. By that time I had gotten into the Class B above the altitude limit. I am ready to ditch the 700 and get an IPad and foreflight. This isn't the first time this lockup has happened so it is very annoying. It is interesting that some are reporting that the SkyRadar might be the problem. I will ditch the SkyRadar as it has never worked as advertised on winds aloft and Nexrad.

Antone want to buy a SkyRadar with 12 hours on it ??? $500 gets it with the original box and the paultry instructions they include.

Alasdair, no I didn't have anything connected except maybe the memory stick, sitting at my computer. I had it lock up again later last night. What I was doing was touching zoom out/in repeatedly, panning (sliding finger) fast. I'm getting ready to pull out the iFly to check on maps.
